1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), we only accept returns under specific conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You have received the wrong product.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.
2. Return Process
To process your return, please:
- Email us at support@charomia.com or contact our customer service team with your order ID, photos of the product, and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 working days after approval.
Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to get another product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional event.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
